To be honest, I had contacted several real estate offices who advertise on landandfarm.com, but your company was the only one who cared enough to respond to my inquiry in a timely manner. Therefore, when my retirement is finalized, your office will be the one i deal with. We're raising a few million and plan on IPOing at the end of the year to raise additional capital. But like anything else, it's a risky move! As they say risk and reward!

Not sure if Char ever told you, but she is the reason I own land in NV. We were talking at a Deming auction back in 2002 and she mentioned Nevada had [great deals on] land, but you had to split it up. No one else was doing it so I took all the money I made and did a 35,000 acre acquisition. And then bought some additional acreage, so being risk adverse isn't in my blood :).

Hi Char, my girlfriend and I bought land from ya'll in April 2009 I think. T21 Section 21 (120 acres), lots 2,3, and 4. We love it very much. I loved the pictures you have taken of the area, and I wanted to know if i could have Your permission to post some of them on my facebook account,, and I would Love to put a link on there for Ya'll. Any pictures You could send me also would be Great. Oh yea, Last year for a few weeks there were 4 owners of the properties in that section and between us we had 320 acres. We are all friends.

Thank you for selling the 40 acres to me! It is beautiful there! The rolling slopes with grass reminds me of the Sutter Buttes where I was born and raised. There was still snow on the west ridge of the Humboldt in July when we were there. [My friend] gave me and old 1948 tractor for the property. I'm going to restore it and put it to work! I'm excited to build the property up from scratch. We are building up a small cabin for [us] to work out of on the weekends.

Hi - I purchased 2 lots from you just 3 months ago. The transaction was just about as smooth as possible. We received the Documents today. LOOKS GREAT! I didn't realize the lots wear as close as they are. I'm very pleased with everything, and look forward to seeing the growth down there....and in my portfolio. This very exciting for us. I want your gang to know that I have been doing research for two months looking at different ebay members selling land seeing what prices lots are going for etc. You guys by far have the best lay out, easy reading on the eyes, outstanding information about the areas, and links for further reading. Some ebayers have all cap letters in there ad. That is so poor, it floors me that it's chosen for typing out their ad.

I'm also looking to buy in Oregon, I'm sure we'll be doing business with you again. This is my first purchase of property so far, and the paper work process with you guys so easy. August 12, 2005

Thank you very much for expediting the paperwork and your help in making this a smooth transaction. I'm also very happy with the property. I understand it's for future investment but I like the fact that it's in a section close to electric and is close to where they will be putting in a water line. Also, it's closer in size to one third an acre vs a quarter acre. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm very happy with everything and have nothing I could suggest for improvement.
