Smile4u Inc. is a private company owned by myself, Char, and my husband Mark. We have terrific people assisting us, Derek and Amber. Derek assists in the acquisition of properties and coordinates our sales. Amber processes our paperwork and makes sure we get the necessary information to file documents correctly. Mark and I spend a lot of time exploring land, mapping and using the GPS to help us to provide accurate information and pictures about the properties.
