In June 2024 I noticed people riding motorcycles and quads in the Great Salt Lake flats along Interstate 80 and I pulled off at the Delle exit to check it out!

There's a cool abandoned grafitti bus and not much else other than campers and riders out having fun!

A little further to the north there were quite a few more people, a camping area and a gorgeous unexpected pond!

I chatted with someone who said they had been coming here since he was a kid and was a good sport and let me take several photos! It's about an hour E of Wendover.

I also stopped by the Bonneville Speedway that sits just east of Wendover and caught a beautiful sunset! One of these days it sure would be fun to watch the speed races! It's known for its numerous land speed records and Speed Week Festival is in August.
