Ash Lane is a graveled road along the W that was a hair overgrown from lack of use but still a very easy drive. Ridgecrest Land is a graveled main drag 1 lot to the N where there is also power running!
The lot sits on part of a big rolling hill with a rolling slope to the S. There were a few large rocks right in front of the lot - sort of cool if you're into rocks like my Mom! The property is thickly treed and there's lots of underbrush that had thorns on them. There is an adjoining neighbor to the E but otherwise this area of the subdivision isn't quite as developed as the rest so lots of privacy still. Sold

This is a unique lot sitting across the street from the green belt that surrounds the lake and 2 lots S of a community recreation area! There's access to the lot from two streets as seen in the map. NE Lakeside Drive is an excellent graveled road along the W which has a bit of a ledge off it to the property and I had to go down one lot to get up onto it. Spring Cove Court is a bladed road thru the woods to a culdesac at the back of the property on the east - very cool! There's power down the road at the neighbors.
It's a pretty lot sitting on a big hill covered in tall trees with a bit of a wash thru part of it. The underbrush was pretty thin and no thorns. I hiked thru part of the property and I see now that I should have walked to the top as I didn't know at the time there's access on two roads. We played with Google Earth a bit and the top looks like the part you would want to build or use as this is quite a bit flatter up here on the top before it falls down the hill to the W. SOLD

Oh this is a pretty lot that had berries growing on it that looked good and reminded me of the wild berries in Washington State! Spring Cove Road is an excellent graveled road along the W with power along it. It was heavily treed with some huge bushy ones and the underbrush was too thick to safely walk thru. There would still be plenty of shade if you cleared it for a home or RV. There's an adjoining neighbor to the S as seen in the photos and their lot is flat. A couple cars drove by but otherwise it was quiet. It sits about 1/2 mile SE of the boat ramp into the lake. It sits on the far E side of the subdivision by gate 3 and there is a thick forest of trees to the E and SE giving it lots of privacy with no adjoining neighbors to the E.
All of the lots allow you to build a home/mfd home or camping in your RV! RV's left on lots after October 1st must complete a vehicle exemption with the POA. This form is on the land owners website.
This is a gated community and we will need to call in a gate pass for you to visit when their office is open. They are open Wed, Thurs & Fri 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 12 PM.
The annual dues for each lot is $200 per year. The amenities include 3 lakes for swimming, water skiing, boat ramp, dock and fishing tournaments!. The largest lake covers about 135 acres and you can water ski, tube, use a personal watercraft and fish on that lake. The two other lakes are 30 and 9 acres. Watercraft are not allowed on either of these two lakes although you can use a battery powered craft on the 9 care lake. The two smaller lakes are for fishing and swimming.
There's a park with a sheltered picnic area that can seat up to 80 people, adjacent horseshoe pits and play ground equipment. The land owners association hosts quite a few events each year including fishing tournaments, a poker boat run, and a cardboard boat race regatta! There were kids out playing on the lake when I visited taking turns knocking each other off a paddle board - looked like a fun way to beat the heat on a warm July sunny day!
Tanglewood Lakes is surrounded by agricultural farms and it's a pretty countryside drive to watch the seasons of the crops!
